Treehugger.com calls mango wood “the new Bamboo” and “an eco-choice for enjoying the fruit of the harvest twice.”

Mango farmers cut mango trees after a tree’s fruit production slows and plant new trees.  Mango wood is sustainable because the wood from older groves is reused by craft and furniture makers.  These downstream goods store the carbon which would otherwise be released to the atmosphere if the old wood were burned or allowed to decay.

But you do not have to take our word for it!   Check out this sustainability analysis of mango wood written by eco-blogger Impactful Ninjahttps://impactful.ninja/how-sustainable-is-mango-wood/

Offering a plastic-free foam roller not only gives back to the community, but to Earth!  The materials used in our eco-friendly foam rollers are naturally-derived and sustainably-sourced.  What’s more, for every foam roller we sell we plant one tree through www.onetreeplanted.org
All the artisans involved in making our foam rollers are paid fairly for their craft.  We do not dictate how much they get paid. The artisan sends us an invoice for their work, and we pay it!
