SHIPPING LOCATIONS
All orders on this website are fulfilled from Thailand and we generally deliver to most countries. If you need shipping to USA or Europe, please use our European website at omroller.eu.
The shipping address must be a physical address and not a post office box. The delivery price and method of delivery are calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your country. Please read the following information on our shipping policy.

HANDLING TIME
We typically ship orders within 14 days after receiving an order unless otherwise indicated. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with the package tracking information.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $75
We ship from Thailand. Delivery is typically 7-14 days once shipped.
IMPORT DUTIES
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. Not all countries charge import duty. PACKAGING
Each order is packaged by hand, wrapped in packing paper and shipped in a cardboard box. Each roller package includes a removable product information collar.
