Om Roller Sizing Selections
Whether you’re looking to start rolling for the first time or want to add another roller to your set, we’ve got you covered with a wide selection of sizes to choose from. Each Om Roller size has unique functionalities and characteristics.
Om Roller 3-inch
The Om Roller 3-inch is our smallest roller, measuring just 13 inches across and just 3 inches in diameter. This compact sizing provides you with several distinct advantages over the larger and more standard sized rollers.
This nifty model size gives you rolling access to those smaller or hard to reach parts of your body as well as providing a more focused and concentrated pressure. Being so tiny also makes it naturally very travel friendly and may very well fit in your back pocket.
Om Roller 4-inch
The Om Roller 4-inch is our next smallest roller, measuring 14 inches across and 4 inches in diameter. This is a good choice for those with smaller body frames, but is also great as an all-round travel-friendly roller.
This model size is also great choice when you desire a stronger deeper roll for more stubborn muscles than the more standard 5-inch roller provides.
Om Roller 5-inch
The Om Roller 5-inch is our standard sized roller, measuring 17 inches across and 5 inches in diameter. This our most popular model, being wide enough to roll the torso while also providing the most comfortable rolling pressure for the average person.
Used in a wide range of standard rolling techniques, the Om Roller 5-inch is the best all-arounder for both beginners and advanced.
Om Roller 6-inch
The Om Roller 6-inch is our largest sized roller, measuring 17 inches across and 6 inches in diameter. This larger sizing creates a more gentle arch support and lighter rolling pressure. Like the Om Roller 5-inch, this model roller is wide enough to roll the back between the shoulders.
This model size is often preferred by those with large-framed bodies beginners. Those who prefer less pressure are also drawn to this model to use solely for the purpose of rolling the back and sides of the torso.
